Lallemand at Dietitian of Canada Annual Conference
On June 15th, Lallemand/American Yeast and Institut Rosell exhibited at the Sponsor Showcase of the Dietitian of Canada 2012 National Conference held in Toronto (Canada). This gathering of more than 1000 dietitians was the ideal forum to meet the health professionals of Canada and promote our Vita D yeast and various probiotic products.
The dietitians were eager to taste the recently launched Praeventia granola bars, Pear & Black chocolate and Almond & Maple Syrup, knowing that it contained one billion of live Rosell’s documented probiotic strain Probiocap Lactobacillus Rosell-11 per bar.
Samples of ProbioSticks (a probiotic formula combining Lactobacillus Rosell-52 and Bifidobacterium Rosell-175, and sold under the brand Jamieson) and chocolate containing probiotics were handed out with scientific documentation.
The Vita D yeast continued to create much interest with the dietitians.
This was a great show which we intend to participate in again next year!
