Lallemand Baking at BAC Bakery Showcase

Exhibiting at the BAC Bakery Showcase in Toronto last week was an ideal opportunity to re-connect with our customers in-person. It also allowed us to showcase our products from baker’s yeast to dough conditioners, including baking solutions like gluten reduction and DATEM replacement to name a few!
