Applications
Instaferm® 01 ensures exceptional performance and quality, making it the ideal choice for yeast-leavened bakery products containing 0-8% sugar and frozen dough applications, such as:
- Bread
- Buns and Rolls
- Pizzas

Recommended Dosage
Use between 1% and 2% of Instaferm® based on flour weight, depending on the specific application.
